We are ... people of God of the Roman Catholic parish family of Saint Patrick, Kent. Through our baptism, we prayerfully use our varied God-given talents and treasures in our particular vocations in life, and in performing the spiritual and corporal works of mercy, to promote peace and justice. Together we celebrate Christ's presence in worship and sacraments.
We emphasize the importance of religious education for all our members. By reflecting God's love and proclaiming the Gospel, we earnestly desire to promote community with family, friends and neighbors, and so further the kingdom of God.
Christian Education
As Catholics we are called to grow in our faith in a lifelong process beginning at birth and continuing through the end of life. The Christian Education Committee provides many programs and activities both, formal and informal, which will enable all to grow in their faith and exercise their Christian discipleship in the world. To inquire about any of the following Christian education programs and opportunities, please call the parish office.
Adult Formation
Adult Formation provides a variety of parish programs throughout the year to help lead the faithful to a deeper understanding of their Faith. Youth Ministry
Through catechesis, service, prayer and community building, our youth in grades 9 through 12 are encouraged to participate in the life of the church and to live their lives as disciples of Christ. Besides attending regular formation classes, students in Youth Ministry also plan retreats, service projects and social events throughout the year. St. Patrick Youth Ministry meets regularly on the first and third Sundays of the month, September through April, 10:05 – 11:20 AM, in the Captain’s Cabin (meeting room in the rectory basement). All high school students are welcome!

Children’s Liturgy of the Word Children’s Liturgy of the Word is celebrated during the 9:00 AM Mass on Sunday. Children in grades K through 2 are invited to meet with a catechist in the church parish hall to hear and celebrate the Sunday Scripture readings on their own level.
